Upon receiving with full inspection of the merchandise, we will send you an email whether you have been approved for a valid refund or rejected. If you do receive an approval, please allow 3-5 business days for full refund.

If your item is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us at moonlovebath@gmail.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement as soon as possible.
